Calibration

On all Qal-Tek service platforms we utilize a full 3-Block set of Mag, Mag/Aluminum and Aluminum calibration blocks and a moisture poly block standard. Our calibrations are performed inside of our proprietary mEyeCal system to ensure that all measurements are recorded, reviewed and qualified for quality purposes as well as recorded into our system so we can help our clients track, manage and document all work.

All calibrations include a standard 40 Point inspection to ensure the highest level of reliability and accuracy between calibration and inspection service windows.

REPAIRS

All of Qal-Tek’s service platforms are fully equipped to handle complete repair and maintenance services. Our service vehicles and offices are fully stocked with a complete parts inventories to ensure that we can complete any expected or unexpected repairs when at you facility or at our facility to ensure the fastest turnaround in the industry.
