Our complete mobile laboratory is providing and efficient and complete service capability. Our Customer Service and Logistics team tracks each calibration, leak test and maintenance cycle and ensures that the OSCaR is onsite when needed. These vehicles work on regional service areas and work entirely remote servicing the clients in the region.

QRV (Quick Response Vehicle). (INSERT PICTURE 3)
Our QRV is a quick response asset used to help facilitate customers with small, emergent requirements or needs between our OSCaR service visits. This nimble platform is a more economical service platform for clients with smaller needs between 1-3 gauges or simply just need a materials testing equipment calibrated.

ROUTE pickup and delivery. (insert Picture 4)
Qal-Tek’s regional offices in Phoenix and Austin, as well as our headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho offer weekly pickup and delivery routes to our service location. These routes pickup once per week and deliver them back the following week. While this is sometimes not quite as convenient as our mobile platforms, the service routes speedy one week turn-around and lower cost, are the perfect solution for our clients near the following routes.

Portable Nuclear Density Gauge Leak Tests
As part of the most convenient, economical and quality service platforms for portable nuclear density gauge services, Qal-Tek offers online leak testing as well as leak test kit mail in services.
Our team is capable of performing leak tests onsite while performing calibration and repair services. While our team is onsite we will collect, analyze and document your entire inventory of gauges requiring leak tests, OR just the ones that are due OR we can leave leak test kits behind for you to return when the leak test kits are self performed and ready for analysis.
Unlike our competitors, and to better serve our clients, we do not charge upfront for our leak test kits! Simply let us know how many kits you need and we’ll either mail them out or leave them after our onsite service. Send them in and you only pay when they are processed. No more paying for lost leak test kits!
