COURSE SUMMARY:
This course covers general awareness, security, shipping documents and program specifics of proper ground shipment of CLASS 7 Radioactive material. This is a general course study that, on request, can be tailored to specific company requirements.
COURSE REGULATIONS AND GUIDANCE REFERENCE:
49 CFR and 10 CFR part 71
PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATION:
Having attended this course, the student will receive a certificate indicating that the participant successfully completed a course study in proper DOT shipping with a certificate to ship specific radioactive materials via DOT ground. DOT Refresher courses for ground shipping is required every 3 years.
